1. Acceptance

By using Rupaa you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.

2. The service

PixelForge provides browser-based image tools. Processing occurs on your device; we provide the software, not storage or hosting for your content.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to images you process. Because files never reach our servers, we claim no license over your content whatsoever. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you process.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use PixelForge to create or process unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may restrict access for abuse.

5. Accounts and Pro

Pro subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime from your account. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for excellent quality but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance.
